Please I need to get some information about MSP Online Account & BC Services Card Account.
We all as a family got our BC Services cards ! as a private sponsored refugees we have the first 12 months (One year) free health insurance we do not pay any amount ! as a new to the country we would like to have information and try everything !
So my question is about having information AFTER the one year ends I want to change phone number and address and Pay invoices Online for each one of my family....
Should I create online account for each one of my family ?
Or open one online account under my name and add the account number that begins with X36 which appears on the invoice of each person to my account?
Also if one of the invoices has two persons insured (in this case should I open for both online account)?
And shall I be able to have access to change some information online given by us when I/we enrolled in MSP ?
for BC Services Card Account I will need to go in person to a service and confirm the account.
I'm asking to change information because some contact information where for our sponsors so we want to make everything correct and accurate not to miss payments notices and everything on file to be connected with us to our sponsors (maybe they are on a vacation or even they are not available for some other reasons so we don't miss anything).
