SENIORS PLEASE ADVICE!

I have a master's in Bio-Chemistry, No additional Certifications. Nor am I a Physician

I worked as a Phsician's Clinic cum Hospital Manager in small 4 doctors 50 beds Private Hospital in India for 5 years.

Will I be eligible for applying under NOC 0311 Managers in Health Care‏ or is it that my education / training does not fits in this NOC

Althoug I have done all the duties listed under NOC 0311 Managers in Health Care but the Education/Training listed below puts me in doubt.

Education/Training
Administrators of departments such as surgery, clinical medicine or laboratory medicine are required to have the education and training of a specialist physician. Administrators of other departments, such as nursing, dietetics or physiotherapy, are required to have the education and training of the medical professionals in that department. Several years of experience and any required certification in the relevant profession are also required. Professional certification, such as Certified Health Executive available through the Canadian College of Health Service Executives, is an asset.

SENIORS PLEASE ADVICE!

i think u r nor eligible for this catagory. better consult some lawyer

hi

well you are msc biochem and you are not a physician.
i tend to agree with sharma77. you should wait for other responses or may consult an immigration consultant.

however there is no harm in trying because even if the application is rejected you will get the refund back.
the immigration officer may not know the exact difference between msc. biochem and MD biochem(which is done after MBBS)
come to think of it even the topics and papers of the 2 match.

all the best

You qualify even if your work experience does not relate to your education. You do not need to fulfill employment requirements in NOCs to get points
