MSC after bsc or Hrm after Mba

I had done Bsc Maths in 2014 with 61.8% after that done mba hr with 6.54 cgpa..had applied for Global business management 1 yr course got rejected...can i apply for the Masters program regarding qualifications Bsc maths and justify my mba in sop by writing that i want to pursue my masters in canada because i done my bsc in maths etc...
