i have been working as mri tech having 8 yrs exp
how would i likely to grab a job offer along with pr
because i dont want to land in a expensive country without job in hand
please also tell me other job opportunities in healthcare without any mandatory registrations until i get my relavant job

It is impossible to get a job without PR. At times, after PR it takes 2-3 months, to get a job.

to get a job of my profile i need two things
1 right to work and live in canada
2 CAMRT registration and other BCLS (Basic cardiac life support), etc.

2 one i quite difficult to complete

therefore i asked what kind of other healthcare jobs can i get during pr processing
so that i wont be left out of money and mean while i can accomplish the requirements of CAMRT
