MR related Query

Hi Seniors/ Experts,
I have few Question regarding MR

I need input/Opinion on these. (If some one faced the situation practically his/her input will be really great )
1) I think CIC consider MR done in past one year for your CEC application. Is it true ?
My question Does CIC consider MR done between Application received - Last MR done or AOR issued - last MR done ? or how is it ? Example : Assume some one did MR for WP on 1 May 2013 and applied Application on 30 Jan 2014, Application received by CIC on 10 Feb, AOR received on 10 March 2014
Now in the given example Will CIC automatically Consider MR received or Not?

2) Assume in above point CIC consider MR
Then I heard in forum after CoPR issued landing need to be done in one year from MR so above example how it will be applicable ? cause medical done on 1 may 2013 and in best case CoPR issued on Nov 2014 then Medical already expired for that person

Please let me know if any one have Idea

Your medical expires 1 year after you do it. They'll ask you to redo the medical if the CoPR will be issued after 1 year.

1) Yes they will consider MR done from Application received minus Last MR done < 1 year
2) you want to say in this case CoPR, Passport will return to applicant with MR request mail OR CoPR issue date they check when medical done and based on that they send mail for MR?

1) They won't look at your medical right after receiving your application. They'll look for it sometime after they start processing your application. If they can't find one that's done <1 year ago, they issue a medical request.

- I still don't know from Which day (Application received date/ AOR received date/ File open date by VOfor processing) CIC consider MR should be less than One year
- and what happens in case MR is valid when VO started to look in to file but Expire before issue CoPR (assume 1 year expire time line expire bu time VO received passport for stamping) Do they will put on hold and ask applicant for MR though mail ?

Anyone in forum faced this situation . I am sure there are many , please share your experience.

2) i am also looking for answer for this scenario. Logic would say that once eligibility is passed, MR would not be requested again. so i would hope the answer is 'no'.

In 1st point I asked at which application stage (Application received/AOR received or Some other stage) they count MR should be 1 year Old

Ref Point 2.

For COPR to be issued your medical must be less than 1 year old. If it is older than 1 year when they look to issue the COPR then you will be asked to get another medical completed.

If your COPR is issued and you have a valid medical certificate you will have until the certificate expires to land. For example if they issue COPR 9 months after the date of your medical certificate you will have 3 months in which to land.

Hi Friends,

Here is situation
1) I did my Medical in Apr 2013 (because of my WP extension)
2) My Wife/ child also did medical on May 2013 (Because of their Visitor record ext.)
3) I applied PR (under CEC) in mid of Feb 2014 for which got AOR in Mid of March 2014.
4) I was waiting for my MR mail till 12th Sep 2014 (Use to check my ECAS 10 Times a day ;D ;D) but on 12th Sep 2014 when i checked online status one line was showing "Your medical have been received"

My reaction : Totally surprised

Why :- I was in impression MR is valid for 1 year , and when VO Open files from that day it minus 12 month and request accordingly (Just for info my ecas status is still "Application received")

But looks like the consider form AOR date or application received date - 12 month , That may be reason they consdered 2013 Medical for my family

Now My Question /Worry

1) How this happened , CIC consider any medical done in past 12 month from AOR /Application received date?
2) It means when I will get RPRF mail/PPR mail that time VO will check my medical validity again and may request new MR for me /family ?
3) Landing date need to complete with in MR expire (so according to this calculation my landing date expire on May 2014), so i must go or new MR ?
4) In CIC Operational book it is written 15 month criteria (one rule says if you have done medical in last more than 15 month and not went outside of Canada then same MR will be considered although it is old ) is this reason I exempted from MR?
5) Is any one faced this Situation ?
6) My status is still Showing Application received , it means no VO have looked into yet OR ECAS we can not relay and Medical status received showing mean some VO started working on my File

I know so many Question , but if some one please share his/her thought that will be helpful to understand my situation
