I want to sponsor my wife,but i am confuse how to answer question number 6B form imm 5481 (sponsorship evaluation). In that form asking about Every other family member dependent on you, whether they r living with you or not. my situation is i have 1 child with my ex before and now living with his mother, i support him regularly, but i didnt put him in my tax report, because he is included in my ex tax report (my ex holding his custody).if i put yes, i am afraid the immigration will think wrong when they see my tax report because i dont include him in my tax report as my dependant. If i put no, i am afraid immigration will think wrong again,because i support him. more things, i didnt sponsor my ex and child, we apply together for PR before. In the above of question is stating number of family members and persons included in undertaking in effect and not yet in effect. or should i answer no because he has already become PR? Please help what answer should i answer?
