MR forms with photo affixed !

Hello guys,

I recently got an update from my Attorney that my MR forms have been delayed due to non-availability of my Canadian passport size photographs (my spouse and kid too).

IS that true? Do MR forms come with photo's affixed already?

Please advice.

Yes they do or at least the one I received came with passport photos affixed..

Yes they need the photos.
By the way the strange thing is you hired an attorney for your process and he didnt warn you for the lack of photos

Yes MR forms come with photo affixed, but you would need at least 2 recent photos of each family member to take with you to the clinic where the medicals are done.
