MPNP-want urgent advice..

I have submitted my file in MPNP and recived a settlement plan 2.which is supposed to be submit by my supporter but due to some confusion both of us submitted it.will it affect my process in any manner?.
...I did another blunder by my side,yesterday while submitting SP2 from my id,in covering letter I mentioned the incorrect dates of my file submission day and yesterday's date was also incorrect.
The file number I wrote is correct and other documents are correct.The mail of SP2 sended by my supporter is absolutely correct in every manner...he also submitted it yesterday.
We didn't recived any confirmation yet from mpnp regarding they recived it or not.
Please advise me what should I do now?

Hello sir, i am not in a position to help you out but can you PLEASE guide me as i am applying for the MPNP and finding it difficult to understand the process. Guidance from your side will be appreciated.
