MPNP Use of an Immigration Consultant

Hi All,

Please any advice is much appreciated.

I have tried help my brother process his application for MPNP program and twice he was declined.
First was he didnt have IETLS score and second was his employment letter didnt state his job duties and salary.

I have gone to see a consultant and was charged $3,000, at this point I dont know what to do if it is what using a consultant or should i just go ahead and apply again ensuring i provide all the required documents.
I dont know if using a consultant would help or has an advantage in obtaining the nomination and getting the PR. I mean if immigration officers tend to look and process applications submitted by a consultant than individual.

Please share your opinions. I just want to know if its worth it paying the $3,000. Thanks

Having an immigration consultant submit your documents will have no effect on the result on your PNP and PR. CIC will look and determine whether you qualify for PR regardless who submitted the application. Its more like paying someone compile your documents for you and submitting it.
