I am currently residing in Manitoba, and my PGWP was expired. Since I hadn't received my MPNP LAA at the time, I applied for a work permit renewal under the “Temporary Public Policy for prospective provincial nominees. I received an automated confirmation for implied status until April 2025.(say Application -1 )” to maintain my status
However, a week later, I received my LAA invitation, allowing me to apply for PNP certification and later submit my PR application.
My question is:
- Can I update my current application(Application -1) with my nomination and AOR via IRCC web forms?
*OR*
- Should I apply for a bridging work permit ,under a new application(with restoration) and withdraw my current one(Application -1)? .
