Here I am in very confusing situation and I know someone from you guys surely can help me. I finished my study from Toronto as an international student and moved to manitoba for mpnp. Now do I need a settlement plan part 2 endorsed by someone from friends who loves in manitoba on PR from one year? I am currently working here as a full time and already have finished working 6 months.

Hi, question to you. Why is it that you're trying nomination in Manitoba instead of applying at Toronto? Just wondering.
