MPNP or Express Entry

what would be the time difference in getting PR for MPNP and Express Entry profile?
Currently I have MPNP Certificate - but I do see that there is time lag in processing the application
EE- I would be getting eligible score - 441 because I would be completing my 2 years of Canadian experience by Jan 2021. Currently I am not getting enough score.

I am confused now whether to wait and apply for EE or Just continue with MPNP Paper based application?

Once we get file number is the process is same for EE and MPNP Paper based applcation?

Help/ Advice is much appreciated.

Express Entry is likely going to be much faster than an on-paper PNP stream, although with a score of 441 you would need for there to continue to be CEC-only draws. I believe you can actually apply for both and then withdraw the other application once one is accepted.

Thanks for the reply. But If I apply for MPNP now.. I have to pay complete fee right.. and if I withdraw later I can not get the refund..so ideally I have to go for either of the one ..
could you please let me know if there is a possibility to apply for both ?

You can, but you have to pay both fees.
