MPNP - Inform of address change

I have an MPNP file number and is yet to be interviewed. I am unable to log into the MPNP website to update my new address - did anyone face this problem and how did you go about getting the information to the officials?

PS: After I enter the username and password, it is timing out and I have tried multiple times to no luck!
