Hi, understand that there is a risk factor for graduates / studies from other province (deduct 100 points), is it only for those who graduated recently and got PGWP from other province and apply MPNP? my case is my husband graduated in Toronto 12 years ago and he returned back to hometown and never worked in Canada. Will he also lose 100 points on MPNP ?
Another question is, does he need to work in Manitoba for at least 1 year to eligible for the MPNP? even the job is in-demand list ?
