Hi, I applied for Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program on May 27th, I realised on September 13th I'm missed adding my birth certificate in my own language. Spoke to IRCC and they gave me an XEP number, I used EP and rest of that number and sent a webform. I received an email confirmation that case officer can see my documents. Will I still not pass my r10 completeness check. Anyone tried it before? Thanks.
