I am getting the documents to apply the full application (Skilled Workers Overseas). My education took 11 years and my high school transcription has the high school and elementary school information. The education system here changed and now it takes 12 years to complete high school. So, the sworn translator wrote a note saying the education of my countrie take 12 years and she put the signature of the principal (of the elementary school information) to prove I completed the elemetary school and the translation of the elemetary shool wasn't done, because it's not revelant. Do I need to choose the option 12 years and write a LOE explaining the situation or it is not necessary?
