I started an application today for MPNP. One of the questions: "If your occupation is regulated in Manitoba, are you full recognized by professional licencing body after undergoing all steps of having your qualifications assessed" YES or NO

I'm applying as a university lecturer, my highest qualification is Master of science from UK. Should my answer to this question be YES or NO? since as far as I know no specific regulations or a special licence is required for this profession.

Thanks in advance

1 - Yes you should inform them that you have applied for EE

2 - You cannot apply for MPNP until and unless you know anyone living in Manitoba
