MPNP and EE

Hi I'm eligible for MPNP but not for EE, can I still get PR without EE? If so, will it be faster if I wait until I'm eligible for EE (I will be eligible after 9 months) and then apply for MPNP? Thanks in advance

Yes you can apply to MPNP without EE, it does not matter which category you will apply it depends entirely on the officer analysing your documents
