Hi my friend i should say my best friend was charged with DUI in USA Georgia but not convicted yet most probably he will be convicted of reckless or disorderly conduct as his lawyer says, which one should the lawyer stress more on reckless or disorderly conduct and now he got provincially nominanted 2 weeks ago and he has to apply for PR, What should he do, He is in Canada. Sould he wait for conviction or just apply for PR while in the case is in Trial and should he state that in the application. He was just in USA for 2 days and got charged with DUI.
