I'd introduce my problem with CELPIP result. I'm working in Winnipeg from July 2014, almost 9 months. I had applying for MPNP, but my Celpip reason is not satisfactory
1. 17 Feb. L=4 R=3 W=5 S=4
2. 27 Mar. L=3 R=5 W=5 S=5
So, make sense applying?
