MPs generally only get involved once your case is significantly over normal processing times. For example, if you applied inland and you've been waiting 1.5-2 years with no decision. Even then, MPs cannot influence the processing of your application or change the outcome of your application. All they can really do is inquire about status.
You are still well within normal processing times for your application. So there's really nothing your MP can do for you.
In terms of what you can do, at this point nothing but wait. Your file has been transferred to the local office if I remember correctly. So you'll need to wait for the next contact from IRCC.
