Moving to the states

Hi,

I was already approved for sponsoring my wife and the website says that the Adu Dhabi Office already received her medical, now i got a job in the states and I am moving there, I will be having TN visa, now I am capable of bringing my wife to the states on TD visa, I am not sure what to do now with her Canadian PR application, some people have told to not to say any thing until they ask for her passport and there will be no issue when i send it to the Abudhabi office by mail, but i am wondering when they see the TD visa stick to it, wont they be questioning? or at this point they will not care? please advice.

Hi

You must inform CIC of the move; not doing so is misrepresentation. You can expect them to request proof of your intent to settle in Canada and a refusal when you cannot provide that proof because you intend to live in the US. Or you can withdraw your app and resubmit when you actually plan to move to Canada.

I moved to a boarder city now but working in the US..I want to bring the wife to the US since she has a US visa,
