If there are people on this forum who already landed as PRs in a province other than Quebec and have made a move to Quebec after landing, I'd really appreciate reading about your experience.

Health card? Driver's license? Insurance? School? Children? Was it a struggle or fairly straight forward? Qubec Selection Certificate needed? etc.
How straight forward was it for you to make that move?

I will try to answer some of your questions.

Since you have already landed in Canada, you do not need a Quebec Selection Certificate.

Below is a link to one of the English School Boards in Montreal. It addresses the issue of children having the right to public education in English. Note that many of the schools in the English boards offer a bilingual or French Immersion program.

For health care (medicare card RAMQ) I think you have to be a resident for 3 months, see link

Hope someone else can offer more answers/suggestions/experience
