Moving to Nova Scotia for PR - Currently on PGWP

Hey Guys,

I’m planning to move to Nova Scotia for my PR. I just completed my graduation recently and got my work permit. I came to Canada after 12th and did a 2 year Ontario College Diploma in Business.

I want to know how does the PR process works in Nova Scotia. Do you need to apply through NSNP and have employer’s support for your PR?

I’m a bit confused, and I hope you all could guide me.
