I am currently working in US and I have got my provincial nomination from Nova scotia for Express entry. So I will be starting my PR process for Nova Scotia Province in another one or two weeks. In this situation, my US visa is getting expired in 2 months, so my employer is asking me to move to Canada / Ontario on a closed work permit/Intra company transfer for one year. Until I get my PR, I have to stick to my current employer to retain this job and my Residential status in other country like US / Canada. So I have to either go to Ontario or return back to India.
Now if I move to Ontario, will it be creating any issues with my Provincial nomination PR process? Will they cancel my nomination or reject my application in Express entry? I know provinces like Nova Scotia is not nominating pople who are already inside Canada, that too especially if they are living in provinces like Ontario... Because they suspect that people who lived in Ontario will not have a mind set to move to nova Scotia. so now I am very much confused what to do.
Please let me know if you have any idea about this.
