Moving to another territory

i'm coming to saskatchewan via PNP and at this moment i'm still waiting for my PPR.
my question is, can i move to another territory a month after arriving to saskatchewan?
or should i wait for a year to move ?

second question, can my spose move to another territory WITHOUT me if she wants to?

First of all why did you apply for PNP if you have no intention of remaining in the province? The same notion applies for your wife, she is a dependent on a PNP pr application. If you want to move immediately after landing, then go right ahead but be aware that IRCC may question you about this during your citizenship application in the future.
