moving to another province after landing based on valid work permit - URGENT

Hi,

I was selected by Quebec, landed in Toronto and gave Quebec address for PR card. Now I want to go work in another province with my valid work permit (any employer) valid till mid 2014 before moving to Quebec. I have not physically lived a day in Quebec.

Will this be a problem?
