Moving to another country while PR application is under process

Hi All,

My PR application, AOR 24th Nov 2018, is currently under process. I recently took up a job offer in Germany and I'll be moving there in a few days for 1 year. I understand I'm supposed to inform IRCC about this, which I will, through their web-form.

However, I'm not quite sure about the nature of the next steps. Was hoping you guys could help out with the following:

• Do I submit new Police verification certificates, address proofs etc?
  
• If and when it happens, upon PPR, do I submit my passport at my home country(India) or Germany?

I've crossed the expected 6 month time period and the only update I received since Jan 2019, is: "Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information".

PS: I know there is already a thread https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/moving-to-another-country-during-the-express-entry-pr-application-process.488234, but it doesn't address a few of my concerns.
