I lived in PEI for 3 months (since September) and was unable to find a job there. At the same time, I never received my PR Card. In Oct 30th they emailed me stating that the photos I sent them originally does not meet the required specifications and of course I mailed them other photos.
I have waited since then and nothing. In fact, emailed them recently and they stated that they are still working on the photos sent before Oct 24th.
I have now been offered a job outside of the province and will force me to move out of the province without my PR Card. I know I can change the address but I am afraid they will think I am moving out for no reason therefore, affecting my citizenship application.
What should I do? I will start with my new employer in a few weeks time.
