Request guidance
I am on a work permit (Intra company transfer)from the last 2 years in CANADA.Going to apply for PR with a job offer from the same employer and claim points for a job offer. Due to personal reasons, if I move out of CANADA before the PR application is approved but continue employed with the same employer outside CANADA and later when PR is approved, return to CANADA and work for the same employer.
Will move out of CANADA while the PR application is in the process cause any issues? I have visa and work permit valid till 2024
