Moving out of Canada after getting CSQ

Hi all,
I live in Montreal and just got my CSQ, and I'm about to apply for PR.
I still have 2 years left in my PGWP.
Now, I got a very tempting offer in Germany, and I'd like to take it while my PR application is being processed.
I was planning to apply from Canada (as I still have 2 years of legal status here), and leave for a couple of years to Germany then come back and settle in Canada. In the meanwhile when the PR is issued I'd come here briefly for landing (I'll be putting a friend's mail address).
Now I want to hear from you what you think about this plan. Would I be breaking any rules/laws this way? would federal processing include any checks to assure that I live in the country?

Another option would be to apply from the competent European visa center, but I'm worried this would be considered as a red flag as I would have applied for CSQ from inside Canada and left before getting the PR.

All thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks

hi,
as per my knowledge you are not breaking any rules at all by going out of canada for a CONTRACT job. i asked the same question to a imm consultant and he told me as long as you are going for a contract job its ok.

By the way could you tell me when did you applied for CSQ and when did u get it ? m asking coz i also applied from montreal july 2013 and wondering how much time its taking these days.
