Now I don't know is it legal to go there or not. do I need to live here for a particular time or Is it ok if I migrate to BC with my childrens? Thank you for your inquiry regarding relocating to another province after having been nominated by Opportunities Ontario and approved as a permanent resident by the federal government, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
>>> Permanent Resident -
As a permanent resident, you can live/move/study/work anywhere in Canada. You may wish to wait until you have possession of your initial permanent resident card before moving provinces. Should you wish to move before you have your permanent resident card, you will need to contact the CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 (press 1,1,1,0 to speak with an agent) and inform them of your new address so they can deliver your permanent resident card to the correct address.
>>> Permanent Resident Card -
Within a month's time, you should receive your initial permanent resident card in the mail. This permanent resident card is proof of your status in Canada and can be used, along with a valid passport, to re-enter Canada when travelling by commercial carrier (boat, plane, train or bus) multiple times.

>>> Maintaining Permanent Residence -
To maintain permanent resident status, you must live in Canada for a minimum of 2 years (730 days) out of every 5-year period (not necessarily in a row). Under certain circumstances, time spent away from Canada can be counted.
