Moving my case from St. Clair to another office?

Dear all,

my citizenship application is currently being processed at St. Clair CIC office in Toronto, ON.
St. Clair CIC office is severely backlogged, so the processing can take much longer, than elsewhere.
I will soon be commuting between Grafton, ON and Toronto and will get my SECOND address in Grafton.

My question is: how to find out, which CIC office is responsible for Grafton, ON?
And does it make sense to transfer my application to this another office?

I do not think they transfer applications between offices so easily. You can call the call centre and discuss it with them. It is also possible that the CIC office for Grafton is just as back logged.
