Hello, I'm currently waiting for my open work permit, and I've been living in Toronto for 9 years. Now, I've decided to move to another province. If my work permit is issued in Toronto but is an open work permit, can I still move to another province, or do I have to reapply for a new work permit?
Also, I applied for my PR through Express Entry, but my application expired. Can I reapply from the new province I'm planning to move to?
