Moving from Quebec to Ontario

Has anyone had any difficulty with their Visa Office when they moved from Quebec to Ontario?

My Visa Office is asking for the Certificat de sélection du Québec even though my address has been updated in ECAS.

If you move from Quebec to another province in Canada
You must fill out and sign Application to sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344).

Did you complete the IMM1344?
