Moving from Montreal to london Ontario

We have been staying in Montreal as refugee claimant for the past 4months and we are not yet scheduled for hearing time and we are deciding to move to London Ontario. Will that have effect on our files and can we transfer our files with us and will that have effect on our hearing dates

Yes you can transfer your file to Toronto office. Firstly, you need to make request for transferring your file at the IRB Montreal.

No, that will not affect your hearing date because now all cases are distributed over whole Canada (so you might get hearing over the phone).
And you have maybe another year to wait for your hearing.
