Moving back to USA after receiving invitation

Hello,

I am anticipating that my cra score will be picked in the next draw (possibly in next 15 days). But, I am planning to relocate to USA by early March. My question is, if I receive an invitation while in Canada and I move to USA during the 90 day window to submit documents.. is there going to be any impact? Like, how do I communicate with cic to explain this location change? Also, will I need police clearance for Canada?

Thanks
PB

I personally feel it is better to submit your application before you move, and then inform IRCC about the move after you establish residency in US. You can inform them about the residency change through CSE or over phone. Applications from US are also processed in Ottawa only. They need to send their passports to Canada for stamping too, just that it'd be to a different office in Ottawa.

You could do other ways too, but IRCC can always send a request for US PCC even though you haven't spent 6 months in US. Getting US PCC is real real pain.

I am already going through US PCC since I have lived a considerable 7 years there.
Going back to my question, if I end up getting invitation while still in Canada - I may not be able to send out all the documents (as I said I'm still waiting for US PCC). So, what should be my course of action? Just update profile and call IRCC about my location change? And send the documents within 90 days.. or is there any chance that ircc might ask me for any further paper work? Thanks for the quick one!
