Moving a family

Does anyone know what is a good way to move a family of 4 with small children and two vehicles from the U.S. to Canada? We don't live across the border so It'll take some time. Thanks!

Just a thought.
Have you thought about shipping your cars (and goods) by Rail and just flying in with the family? or shipping one car by rail (and good) and driving the other one in?

I never thought of rail, I'll have to see how expensive that is. Thanks!
