Moved to Canada after PPR

Hi guys,

I received my golden mail on August 9th. The letter says that I should send it to my local VO or to Ottawa if I am currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months.
I moved to Canada on August 15th under a study permit, and informed CPC Ottawa about my address change through the webform on CIC website.

It's been a week now and I got no reply from them about the address change.

As my letter says that I can send my passport to Ottawa if I am in Canada, should I wait for them to reply before sending my passport or I can send it to Ottawa already ?

I still have only 15 days left to submit my passport.

Your address change should not matter even though they have not officially changed your address bind to your application.

PPR email has an annex and you can specify the new mailing address there. That will be the address where they will send your COPR to.
