Moved from Ontario to Quebec after applying for spousal sponsorship from Ontario

I applied for sponsoring my wife from outside Canada when I was living in Ontario. After that I moved to Quebec, on 9th October 2020 I received the acknowledgement letter for my spousal sponsorship application. I send the application in March 2020. As I am planning to live in Quebec now,
1 Do I need to apply for CSQ for my spouse?
2. Does it delay the process. It says 12 months to process the application and 8 received the AOQ after 8 months. Will applying for CSQ will cause additional delays to my application?
