Move to Quebec while waiting for Federal Express Entry

Hi all,
I am going to apply for EE soon and I am in Ontario on a valid Work Permit and I have a good point, so I should be invited soon. Assume that this happens. I COULD get a job offer in two months from Quebec - this will be after I am selected for submitting my documents for federal EE. Can I move to Quebec (I will apply for a Quebec work permit and wont use this job as a point for EE)? Thanks
