Motor Cycle License based on Foreign Motor Cycle License

Do we have a same scheme for Motor Cycle license as available for Car license for out of country driving license holders.

Can I be able to immediately apply for Motor Cycle and car license if a I bring a Two years driving experience letter for my foreign Motorcycle/Car license. ?

For Ontario, I believe that the answer is no. Motor cycle licences are not covered. I can't comment on the other provinces.
