My Parents applied visitors visa in 2013 and 2014 but refused with regular reasons, like ties to country, travel history, reasons for visit and some others.
Now my father has passed away recently.
I'm planning to bring my mother on Super Visa as I fulfilled LICO requirements. I have job with good salary package.
I'm concerned that my case was strong from my side in previous TRV applications and it was refused from my parents side.. Now my mother is widow.
They may refuse even super visa on same reasons of ties to country, travel history and others etc.
Do they really consider something like sympathy. Should I use it.
I personally believe they don't care such things.
