My ICT work visa is in progress and just now I came to know that there is a difference in my mother's name in my marriage certificate and imm5645e family information from.
in my marriage certificate my mother's name is: Ruby Jose (name after marriage. My afther's name is Jose)
in imm5645e I gave it as : Ruby P O (it is her maiden name)
In all other documents (my passport and10th Certificate) it is just: Ruby
How does it affect my application? Do I need to do any sort of correction in imm5645e form?.
