Mother Visitor Visa Refuse 3 times

Hi Friends,

I applied my mother visitor visa and got refusal 3 times. I am landed here in Canada on July 3rd 2015. First time i was apply for her visa on Oct 2015 and again applied on Nov 2015 this time applied on Feb 2nd and again got refusal. This time i was applied with enough documents:

Documents from my side:
Letter from employer which mention i am working here from 9th Dec 2015 as Web and Graphic Designer full time employee and getting $45000 per annul salary
Attached 2 pay stubs
Attached letter from my bank which mention i have $11800 CAD in my account
Attached one month medical insurance from Manulife insurance coverage $50000 from feb 16 to mar 16
Attached a letter from MP (Raj Grewal, Brampton) which mentioned my son Sachpreet Singh got fracture and also request to the visa officer to issue visa to my mother so that she can meet her Grandson Sachpreet Singh
Attached my, my spouse and my kid passport, PR Cards and landing papers copies with self attested
Attached Invitation letter from the lawyer with his stamp which stated i have attached all the documents and reason of inviting my mother
Attached rent agreement which mention i am living here in a 2 bedroom basement apartment with living/drawing room and one kitchen and washroom

Documents from my mother side:
Attached a request letter from my mother side for issue travel visa
Attached her original passport
Attached passport size photos
Attached proof of bank statement, fixed deposited and savings in bank
Attached property papers and a letter form my CA which mention my mother assets
Attached confirmed tickets from India Canada India from Feb 16 to March 16

Please help me friends to get me know what i need to do now to get Visa for my mother.

Did you use a lawyer to process the application?

Not from lawyer. I take the help from agent.

What were the refusal reasons? Did you order GCMS notes to see more details about why she was refused?

I suspect they feel she doesn't have sufficient ties to her home country.

What is GCMS notes. I don't order before. Please let me know how can i order GCMS notes to know the refusal reason.

Below are the reasons i got:
1. I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.[/list]

2. You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your / your host's income and assets.[/list]

Hi,

IMO your mom must wait for a few months before she reapplies.


1. Did she reapply each time with the exact same documents as before (except for plane tickets)?

2. Was the invitation letter given by your lawyer and not you? Or did you mean to say that the lawyer notarized your invitation letter?

3. Did the invitation letter mention that your mom is visiting to take care of your son who has a fracture?

4. Did your mom submit the same letter from your MP each time she applied ie October and November 2015, and February 2016?

5. It seems your mom has not provided any reason that would make her return to India after a month. Does she live with immediate family, have a reason to return by XX date? Is she employed/business/manage agricultural lands?

6. How much funds did your mom show in her bank account? Was any of this borrowed? Did she submit 2 years ITRs? Are the FDs locked-in or can be liquidated, if necessary?

Thanks for your reply dear! Sorry i was lil busy and can't reply fast. Below are the answers:

1. Did she reapply each time with the exact same documents as before (except for plane tickets)?
First time generally i think that now we have completed 3 months here and got our PR cards now i can apply visitor visa for my mother and i applied fisrt time on Oct 2015 but got refused
Second time idea is birthday of my 2 years old son. I applied my mother visa application with reason of celebrating 2nd birthday of my son so that we can celebrate togeather and 2nd application applied on Nov mid and got refused again
Later in december i got good job here and also my son had an accident with fracture in his left leg. This time we have solid reason to apply my mother visa. Later this 2nd feb with all the docs i applied my mother visa again. I mention all docs details in my first blog you can check again.

2. Was the invitation letter given by your lawyer and not you? Or did you mean to say that the lawyer notarized your invitation letter?
First 2 time invitation letter not prepaired by lawyer 3rd time prepaired by lawyer and also notarized.

3. Did the invitation letter mention that your mom is visiting to take care of your son who has a fracture?
No i did not mention that my mother visiting to take care i just mentioned that she want's to meet her grandson because she is very attached with him.

4. Did your mom submit the same letter from your MP each time she applied ie October and November 2015, and February 2016?
No only thirt time i visited to MP he write a letter and mentioned that he got fracture and please give visa to his grandmother so that she can come to meet her grandson.

I mention the dates from feb 16th she will come here and march 16 is the date she will return home in india. I also take Medical insurance from feb 16 to march 16 and also my agent take tickets from feb 16 to march 16. My mother is living alone in india because i am the only son and my sister is married and settled in india. Some time my mother lives with my sister home to spend some time.

6. How much funds did your mom show in her bank account? Was any of this borrowed? Did she submit 2 years ITRs? Are the FDs locked-in or can be liquidated, if necessary?
My mother has 3 fixed diposites and she can unlocked anytime. She showed $3500 in fixed diposites and $3400 cash in hand. No she did not showed 2 year ITR's

Please let me know how can we get the reason for refusal and how can make strong application this time.
