friends, i want to immigrate to canada permanently but i am facing a problem which has taken up my sleep at all.
Actually
In my family everyone use to call my mother through name -KUSUM (her nick name)and because of this at time of filling forms for secondary and senior secondary education nobody in family noticed what name we have filled and that was Kusum.
Now after completing my above school education ,I went for graduation and same name i.e Kusum ,we must have to fill in the admission form as a proof of secondary education .
Now on my secondary and graduation certificates my mother name is Kusum.
but on my passport ,birth certificate and mother's & father's passport her name is Shaqila Begum Her real name).
Now it is very very difficult to get her name changed on all the educational certificates.
what other supporting document i would need to show that will prove that the person Kusum & Shaqila Begum are the same person and for all future purposes Shaqila begum will be use.
Can a affidavit or notary letter or a publication in a national and state newpaper showing the Person Kusum & Shaqila begum are same person will work ?
