Hi

i am a student and i will have my convocation july 2023, i want to apply for my mother’s visitor visa! I have few questions:

1. can i use my gc login to apply for her? Or we should create a new account for her?

2. Do i have to send her any of my documents if yes please let me know which documents will help her?

3. Do she need medical for visitor visa?

4. She is homemaker but she have enough old funds to sponsor her self, what documents required to submit the visa application?

my father expired last year, should we mention about his death too!
Thanks in advance!

1. You are not an dependant so I would create her own.
2. You can write a letter of invitation.
3. No.
4. Her bank accounts, visas to other countries, ties to home country.

No need to mention his passing.

Notary is not necessary. Ties are reasons to return - job, children under 21, pensions, properties to maintain, business etc.
