Dear All Seniors Brothers,

I submited study permit case on 30 May and received email on 10 June to receive decision. I received and found that VO mentioned that he is not satisfy the I will leave Canada after my study and made this decision based on the following:
1. Travel History
2. Purpose of Visit

My college was Sheridan and course was International Bussiness Management. My education is MBA. I submitted 9000 Dollars as first semester fee and shown 22000 Dollars additional.

My case was strong and VO decision is one sided. He made decision only 7 working days.

I want to appeal in federal Court.

Anybody can help me in appeal?

i think you cannot appeal you have to re apply

who goes to college after MBA....??? ur purpose of visit is not clear bro... VO is not one sided he is smart..

sharjeel91 is right. Unless its a PHD if your applying for...!!!

VO are smart and they know what peoples intention are.. They are very trained enough to even smell anything fishy just by your appearance and the way you speak

But brother you all know that MBA from Pakistan is of graduate level. Thats why I applied for PGD and my Damn consultant is also suggest me the same.

so ur consultant choose ur career lol.. sorry didn't mean to be sarcastic but u should think ur self,,, I know from Pakistan MBA is equal to BBA,,, therefore the best option for u is to get admission in university for MBA program...

Did you write a Good SOP that define your intentions to choose that specific College and Program ?

Yes dear, I mentional in SOP that I choose this college due to high repute and choose this course to support my carrer in future. Now is it possible to reapply immediately with acceptance letter from a university for MBA? As I have already MBA and apply for again MBA would not arise a question? How should I cover this in SOP?

by simply saying that canada require 16 years of education for MBA..........

Brothers, If apply with master from some university again, then how should I cover these two reasons i.e. Travel history and purpose of visit in sop and what firther supporting should I arrange? Plz help

tbh I really don't understand why VO gives travel history as a cause of rejection,,, bro u should know ur purpose why u going Canada I mean write about ur current qualification and tell VO why it isn't sufficient how u think the particular course will help u in future,,, for travel history just mention ur travel history in SOP and hope for best like u can write I don't have any travel history... or if u have u can write I travelled to xxx in the year xxxx.. something like that make SOP send it to me I will see if I can do something,,,
