Most lenient ECA Organisation?

I have done 3 years Bachelors from India and 1 year post grad diploma from NZ which is equivalent to master in NZ in their standards.

I did ECA last year through WES and got two or more degrees as result. I was wondering which organization should I go through to get masters equivalency? Even on WES Equivalency tool they said it's Master equivalent in first place.

Theres icas but it takes longer. Do you have enough points regardless?

Thanks for reply, I got 461 but don't want to risk anything! I'm outland applicant and 468 is max I can do with masters. Money isn't that big factor and nothing I can do about time either way. What you recommend? ICAS?
