hello! I did a Master of Business Administration from a reputable public university in British Columbia. However, due to the strict PNP rules in BC and my professional background, I am not eligible for any of their provincial nominee programs and I do not have enough points for express entry. I am open to moving to a new province and starting a life there. However, I only have a year and a half on my Post Graduate Work Permit. Therefore, I want to move to a province where I will be eligible to apply for a PNP PR after living/working there for a year or less. I don't want to consider Manitoba as the province subtract your points if you've studied/worked in another province. Any advice on the easiest PNP pathways would be really appreciated.
